PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Minimal information, controlled access.

The secure patient intake uses a one-time email sign-in and a pseudonymous patient reference. Your name is not requested or stored in the symptom record. This operational summary will be replaced by GICare’s legally reviewed privacy notice before full clinical launch.

What we store

Your authentication email remains in the secure account service. The clinical intake stores your patient reference, chosen pathway, symptoms, narrative, duration, severity, safety answers, consent and structured summary.

Why we use it

Information is used to organize your concern, identify safety signals, place the intake in the appropriate GICare clinical queue and support clinician review. Automated summaries are never treated as a diagnosis.

Who can see it

Database rules restrict an intake to the signed-in patient and authorized GICare clinicians. The patient database is hosted in India. Access and clinical roles are separated.

Your choices

You can stop before submitting. Draft deletion and patient-access controls are built into the service. Formal correction, deletion, retention, grievance and consent-withdrawal processes will be published before full clinical operations.

Not yet active

Report uploads, prescriptions, appointment booking, clinical chat and automated voice escalation are not yet available through this website.

Clinical safety

Every submitted summary requires clinician review. Red-flag answers trigger urgent on-screen advice and priority queue status, but this website cannot call emergency services for you.

Medical emergency

This website is not an emergency service. In India, call 112 or attend the nearest emergency department if you may have a medical emergency.
